Job Description

Are you looking for a meaningful career in medical devices Do you possess a track record of selling medical devices Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to join their team in the North East and sell their exciting range of endoscopic products.The company Our client is a family-owned company that continues to storm the endoscopy market. They develop and distribute devices for minimally invasive procedures and deliver products to hospitals and doctors around the world. They demand the highest standards ofquality, ethics, and service in all they do and are not afraid to speak up when something should be done differently in the interest of patients and progress.The role As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the sales and profitability of our clients Endoscopy portfolio in the North East of England. You will implement local sales and marketing strategies and develop a thorough knowledge and understandingof the products and their clinical areas of use.Other responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the team
  • Selling products and services to physicians and hospitals
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the product range
  • Providing proficient technical training and support to medical personnel
  • Developing and maintaining an annual business plan
  • Following through on customer requests and commitments
  • Monitoring and increasing the market share
  • Identifying and establishing relationships
  • Seeking and evaluating new product ideas
The requirements Youll have previous medical sales experience with a track record of success, as well as
  • Product or Procedural knowledge is an advantage
  • Highly organised and able to confidently undertake multiple projects
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Able to present coherently to customers and other decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite)
  • Full driving license and ability to travel across the territory
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
