Projects.We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead in Contact Centre and associated channels to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.You are expected to know what a good Tech Lead does. You blend deep skill and understanding of the technical, with an ability to get the best out of expert developers, engineers, and other technologists in a contact centre environment. Youll work with and lead our technical teams, using your contact centre and telephony domain knowledge to develop product roadmaps and handle complex issues. Together youll develop applications that enable millions of DWP users to access essential support, payments and to get into work.Experience/skills:Youll need Domain/Software Expertise in a number of these following products:

  • Genesys Platforms (Enterprise & Cloud)
  • Genesys applications including core contact centre, WFM,
  • Routing, Reporting and Agent Desktop.
  • Verint products
  • Own products
  • Nuance products
Dev Ops:
  • Linux Operating Systems, Python and Helm.
  • Configuration-as-code across cloud and on-premise environments using Ansible.
  • Version Controls systems (Git and GitLab CI).
  • Containers and containerised workloads e.g. orchestration services such as OpenShift, Kubernetes and ISTIO.
  • Cloud Technologies (in particular AWS and Azure)
  • Software Configuration
  • Release and Deployment
  • Solution Architecture
