Overview As an international engineering consultancy, over the last century, our client has successfully been at the forefront of maritime design, planning and development. Due to ongoing success they have plans to grow their headcount by 15-25% next yearand there is now several new opportunities for Senior Maritime Engineers to join their business! Responsibilities Put together outline models, drawings, and details for CAD. Produce calculations yourself, and review and check design calculations by others.Structural analyses and reporting. Produce proposals and work directly with their clients. Collect design data. Carry out inspections and surveys. Organise reports and presentations. Lead, coach, and direct more junior staff. Requirements BSc or BEng in Civil/StructuralEngineering Ideally CEng MICE or CEng Expertise in the design of maritime structures (wharfs, jetties, container terminals, vessels and ports). Have knowledge of international maritime and structural engineering guidelines, manuals, and procedures.
