About the Role Youll join our team to manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, establishing, maintaining and managing effective project design resource and team profile at bid and delivery stage. Leading andproviding a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for our customers, key partners and suppliers, youll manage and coordinate safely the overall design process through the RIBA design stages, challenging the brief and bringing innovationand continuous improvements. About You Hold an HND/HNC degree om a relevant field Be a member of a professional institute, i.e. CIOB Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £30 million is an advantage. Ideallyhave experience of bidding and winning work on both single and two stage tenders Excellent people management skills Experience with the use of BIM360.
