Job Description

Business Unit / Team:Collaboration Services Salary range: £40,000 - 50,000 per annum DOEDont settle for dull. The team are responsible for supporting the extensive Domino/Notes Mail and Application estate, M365 and Symantec products across Production andTest environment.What youll be doing…

  • Support of Project Delivering
  • Risk awareness in relation to Change Delivery and BAU processes
  • Enhance Service with from a process perspective
  • Support wider team to resolve complex user queries
  • Support the following technologies:
    • IBM Domino 9
    • IBM Notes 9
    • O365
    • Exchange
    • Microsoft Teams
We need you to have…
  • An in-depth understanding of IBM Lotus Domino 8.5/9 Server Administration in a clustered/enterprise environment
  • An in-depth understanding of M365 and Exchange
  • Messaging standards such as SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, SPF
  • Ability to cope with multiple priorities in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Change and Problem management processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & relationship skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
Its a bonus if you have but not essential…
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019)
