The Candidate:

  • You will have full accounts experience and responsibility experience - all things, payroll, Sage, vat, multiple bank accounts, NI, HMRC and more...
  • Provide guidance and leadership to 1 reporting member of staff
  • Able to advise and provide financial insight to Director
  • Be flexible enough to work within a small management team, learn new skills as required
  • Great team player who wants to get stuck in.
The Role: (So not limited to this but ask for more and think, process improvement and implementation and growth!)The boring bits :)
  • Company payroll
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly company accounts
  • Provide general financial and accounts advice to Director
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations
  • Producing budgets and forecasts
  • Managing cash flow and bank balances
  • Management of 1 member of staff
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required.
