Prospero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to inspire and support pupils in one of our excellent Primary Schools in Newcastle. The role is to start in ASAP (from Easter 2024) and will involve working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes.The role will involve working with pupils with varied SEN and challenging behaviour, so the successful candidate will need to be a resilient practitioner and have excellent relationship-building skills.The school have both full-time and part-time roles available. For the right candidate, there is the strong possibility of the role becoming permanent. The hours of work for the role will be 08.30-16.00.The role will involve supporting the pupils with their learning and communicating effectively with Class Teachers to ensure appropriate strategies are used that are suited to the individual needs and learning styles of the pupils to allow them to engagewith their learning and make excellent progress.It is a brilliantly supportive, inspiring, and enjoyable environment for both students and staff.
