Job Description

Job Title: Sales Administrator - Channel - EMEA & NASalary: £22,000 (depending on experience)Act! has one purpose - to fuel small business growth. In addition, we are the Winner of Comparablys "Best CEO for Women" and "Best Company for Work/Life Balance" awards!This role is to administer sales orders and contract renewals for our reseller sales channel for North America, UK, and EMEA.The role is on a shift system requiring work until midnight (time zone dependent) on a regular basis. Evening / night time working will be undertaken from a remote home office, unless office working is preferred.General Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the achievement of team and departmental revenue objectives, and business strategy.
  • To support the sales channel team in selling the value of Act! products and services to new and existing customers
  • Establishes and maintains a high level of efficiency and accuracy, so customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
  • Handles inquiries about product, pricing, order expediting, and customer relations.
  • Handles incoming phone calls - with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Pays close attention to details and accuracy while processing orders.
  • Ability to learn order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry and maintains accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications within the CRM.
  • Keeps knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments of product lines.
  • Ensures that feedback is relayed to the manager should any of the standards or procedures require change due to system or business requirements.
  • Delivers on productivity KPIs.
  • Attributes, Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Ideally, has sales experience.
  • Must have experience of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, ideally familiar with business applications like Zoom, Slack, Dropbox and Google Workspace.
  • Ideally, experience using an enterprise CRM system, and order entry (CPQ) system.
  • GCSE qualifications in English & Maths, grade C or above (or equivalent).
