We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Finance Manager to lead our clients Accounting & Finance department in the Manufacturing industry.   • Oversee the financial operations of the companys regional and departmental divisions
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management on decision-making processes.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors.
  • Conduct risk management activities.
  • Occasionally travel to another UK site.
ProfileA successful Regional Finance Manager should have:
  • A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the finance department.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to travel occasionally.
