About the roleBalfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our HR Resourcing Team within Employee Services team based in Longbenton, Newcastle upon TyneEmployee Services is the HR and Payroll shared services section of the HR Enabling Function providing critical, continual administrative support to employees throughout their entire life-cycle; from posting job adverts like this one to attract potential candidates through to the day they leave the company and every aspect in between. Employee Services is made up of core administration teams and specialist teams who look after our 16,000 UK based employees across a range of roles in construction, utilities and Rail.Recruitment Admin: is one of the core teams that provides support to the Balfour Beatty Resourcing function with the candidate attraction and engagement activity; including CV sifting, job advertising, interview bookings and feedback, amongst many other roles.The team is the companys first point of contact for candidates and are a reference point for staff with vacancies to advertise. By working closely with the Resourcing function and hiring managers the team are able to provide updates on live vacancies and share expertise and best practice to ensure a positive candidate journey from initial contact to interview stage.On Boarding: play a crucial part in the providing a smooth process when joining Balfour Beatty. We collaborate with our Recruiters and create offers and contracts which we upload to our Onboarding Portal supporting both our new starters and Line Managers to navigate through the numerous activities to ensure they are ready for Day 1 including provision of access and IT Kit, fleet requests; working with our third party providers with referencing, DBS and Medical requests.
