We specialise in working in communities where poverty and long-term unemployment have resulted in generations of social exclusion and high rates of homelessnessOver the past 30 years, we have grown as an organisation and developed and enhanced our work and the impact it has across the UK. Depaul UK has a wide range of services for young people and adults at risk of homelessness.The Progression Coach Role:As a Progression Coach, you will be responsible for supporting our residents to develop the skills and resilience to be confident and self-determining in their lives.You will handle key tasks including support planning, risk assessment and move-on for the residents. You will ensure that their tenancy is not at risk and that they have the skills and resources to manage and maintain their accommodationYou will work in collaboration with other team members to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our clients, volunteers and staff in the service.This job requires that you work on full time permanent basis. It offers a mixture of working daytimes, evenings and weekendsWhat will ideally support your success in this roleYou will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
