Your new job title: Product Supply Operations SupportYour new daily rate: £11p/h increasing up to £11.92p/h after 3 months (annual salary equivalent to £21,450 pa, going up to £23,244 pa after 3 months)Duration: FTC until 08/09/2023Location: NewcastleStart date: ASAPWorking Hours: 37.5 hours per weekJob posting ID: JP00076416Who youll be working for: Our client a Major FMCG company are looking for somebody in Product Supply Operations Support.What youll be doing each day: Daily creation of customer orders, creating certificates of Analysis (CoA) for quality control purposes or supporting inventory stock movements through to issuing Export documentation for cross boarder shipments.As well as analysing data processed in various platforms including SAP, to ensure it is accurate and meets required business tolerances.- Support processing of SAP block removals- Confirming and support processes for generating customer orders in SAP- Running efficiency tools from Excel through SAP to support supply of material to customer orders - GI Goods Issue- Inventory Management- Gather and reconcile SAP data through to trend analysis in Excel and including efficient root causing methods - for various business areas OM/PD/Duty/Inventory- Maintaining scorecards for Customs & Duty Compliance - ensure paperwork and business partners fulfil customs obligations on behalf, documents are issued and received timely and accurately. Identify and report any gaps immediately in line with Customs expectations,Preference countries and or Brexit shipment requirementsThe skills you need to succeed:- Supply chain experience- Excel Skills - Advanced- Microsoft office / Teams and Outlook- SAP experience preferred- Accuracy and attention to detail - Essential- Previous knowledge of Customs Duty Processes would be advantageous- Knowledge of E2E Supply Chain processes including supporting SAP Movements, would be advantageousPlease follow us on Linkedin: people-first-supply-chainWe would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
