Job Description

Central Employment are working exclusively with a leading UK and International Media agency as they look to expand within their digital team. Due to an increase in Paid Media services, they a fantastic opportunity for Paid Search Manager.Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, the successful Paid Search Manager will be passionate about all things digital media, driving their PPC offering forward, whilst maintaining our best-in-class standards for Paid Search delivery. Whilst this is primarily a Paid Search role, there will also be opportunities to work on other digital channels including Paid Social, Display and Amazon- pending experience in these Paid Medias channels.Key Responsibilities of the Paid Search Manager:-

  • Delivering Paid Search Campaigns in Google and Microsoft Ads, taking full ownership of day-to-day account performance and the quality of work across your client base.
  • Conducting keyword research, creating targeted keywords and writing ad copy
  • Providing analysis and making recommendations to improve campaign performance, including daily checks and regular reporting
  • Working closely with the Head of Digital to help define our Paid Search proposition, staying on top of the latest techniques and trends to ensure we continue to deliver an industry-leading product
  • Direct contact with clients, account handling and relationship management
  • Build account development plans to include all key tasks for your client base
  • Keeping on top of new developments in PPC and harnessing these for our client base
  • Regular contact with media owners (Google/Microsoft/Facebook)
  • Assisting with the production of material for and with the delivery of new business pitches
  • Essentials required:-
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in SEM and Paid Search
  • Experience in managing moderate/complex ad accounts, mainly within the eCommerce markets
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering best-in-class Paid Search with a passion for building accounts based on strong foundations, whilst testing and uncovering new techniques
  • Good understanding of how Paid Search fits into the wider digital and marketing mix, and an ability to explain and justify your strategy based on data and insights
  • Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work to deadlines and with a high level of autonomy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fully certified in all relevant Google Search and Shopping qualifications

  • Experience in managing campaigns on Amazon, Display and YouTube
  • Experience in planning/managing Paid Social campaigns
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics
