They are proud to have an in-house Occupational Health service that promotes good health and wellbeing and facilitates support at the right time and in the right way. The role will support the organisationthrough an exciting period of change and will be integral to leading the reshaping of the Occupational Health service to support the council’s health and wellbeing priorities.You will lead a small team of Occupational Health Nurses and the contract for physician, physiotherapy and counselling services who you will work with as a team. In addition to managing a busy service, you will be the council’s expert on occupational health,lead on complex case management and on the contract management and procurement of wellbeing and clinical services to support their people in the workplace.Skills and Experience They are looking for someone who possess the clinical knowledge and expertise and is passionate about workforce health and wellbeing. You must be creative and innovative in how they reshape their service delivery to meet changing workforce needs. You willpossess excellent stakeholder management skills, be empathetic and have a collaborative approach to working alongside colleagues to strengthen relationships.
