Job Description

About the role Balfour Beatty have an exciting opportunity for a Occupational Health Administrator to join our Business Services unit to work in Newcastle.In this role you will be required to co-ordinate Health Surveillance activity including liaising with our outsource supplier, current and future employees and administering back office paperwork. What youll be doing You will be responsible for all administrative aspects including;

  • Complete all work to a high standard within required time limits
  • Produce high level reports and distribute to client on a regular basis
  • Manage all health surveillance data, and ensure it is secure and reliable
  • Prioritise tasks and deliver services within a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage incoming correspondence and respond/ escalate accordingly
  • Booking appointments and diary management
  • Provide administrative support to other OH Admin and other team members as required
  • Adhere to all Data Protection policies
Who were looking for Essential
  • Possess excellent PC and software skills and abilities, mainly Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management
