Job Description

My client, a rapidly growing Mortgage Broker that is based in Newcastle are currently looking to add to their team. They have a few things in the pipeline, leads flying in and all in all it is a fantastic time to join. They will allow flexibility to work from home occasionally to work around your life schedule. Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Advisor:

Minimum 1 year Mortgage Advice experience prior

CAS status

CeMAP qualified

Duties as a Mortgage Advisor include:

Convert leads provided by the business

Make sure all work is compliant

Helping find each customer the right products to suit them

Working in an affluent area so you must be confident and professional at all times

Mortgage Advisor Salary Structure:Basic salary - 20k0% commission on 1st 4k25% commission on 4k - 7k35% commission on 7k - 12k50% commission on 12k+If you were to do 15k a month, which is very achievable, then your earnings would be 68k in the year.We get a lot of applicants on our job roles so do not have the time to contact all unsuccessful candidates.
