Job Description

Central Employment is proud to be working alongside one of the market leaders within the Ed Tech industry. If you are an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant looking for a step up, or a Marketing Manager wanting somewhere new, then this couldbe interesting for you!Were looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who will contribute to a wide range of marketing activities across content marketing, events, email marketing and social media. The role will work across numerous day-to-day work as well asplanning longer-term campaigns across the Content and Communications Team. Due to significant growth, these roles will focus on marketing activities for a number of their University partners and/or provide wider input into specific marketing activities acrossthem all.The role will work across a wide range of marketing activities and will suit someone with a great knowledge of all marketing channels. However, we are also keen to hear from people who whilst being experienced managers across all activities may also havea specific interest or significant experience in different areas of digital Marketing.Key Repsonsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain personas for target audiences
  • Researches and analyses the competition
  • Develop and implement marketing plans with clear objectives across a number of channels working with members across the team
  • Create, maintain and conduct analysis of insights and trends as well as the performance of our activities to ensure we continue to work on the most effective plans
  • Ensuring campaigns are tracked and reports produced regarding performance
  • Work closely with relevant professional staff at partner Universities to facilitate plans
  • Contribute to website management including producing weekly Google Analytics reports and on and off page SEO management
  • Partner with the wider team on the planning, creation and production of digital marketing content for virtual events, social media activity and email campaigns.
Key Experience:
  • At least 2 years experience working in a marketing role with a proven track record of creativity and producing effective marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in the organisation and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Strong marketing management skills with a proven track record of creativity and producing effective marketing communications and to achieve targeted results
  • Proven record of delivery and ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
  • Experience with one or more email marketing systems such as Hubspot, Mail Chimp or Marketo
  • Up-to-date computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is desirable.
Key Benefits:
