The roleNigel Wright are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager for a food manufacturing business based in the North East. Embarking on an exciting expansion journey, they are looking for an capable engineering candidate that has experience managing a team. Asthe lead for the engineering function, you will ensure the team are equipped to deliver a preventative maintenance strategy, whilst ensuring that equipment availability meets/exceeds KPIs.
