Job Description

This well-established North East based firm is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join the Newcastle office. The ideal Solicitor will be up to 3 years’ PQE and have relevant experience.You, the Litigation Solicitor, will work on the following areas:

  • Contractual disputes and resolutions
  • Professional Negligence
  • Property Litigation
  • Defamation
  • Intellectual Property
  • Commercial Property disputes
  • CTAP disputes
  • Agricultural and Rural disputes
  • Commercial Litigation
As the successful Litigation Solicitor, you will have experience dealing with a wide range of litigation matters. The Solicitor will be able to balance the demands of clients/caseload and non-casework responsibilities.Some of the firm’s benefits are as follows:
