Junior IT Support EngineerNewcastle/Hybrid£24,000 - £30,000Are you passionate about IT and making a positive impact on the community Join our clients technical team, a dedicated force in providing quality housing solutions in Newcastle City Centre. They are currently seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to jointheir internal IT team and support them with technical projects and tech support.Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential IT support to internal staff.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to manage and enhance the IT infrastructure.
  • Contribute to community-focused IT projects that empower residents and local initiatives.
