• Drive continuous development initiatives, aligning with strategic objectives amidst business, legislative, political, and criminal justice changes.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, clients, stakeholders, and partners, grasping their needs and priorities while leveraging technology to meet these requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to development and technology standards, as well as compliance with ITSM change and release processes.
• Contribute to the establishment of development standards and assess compliance across all code packages before and after release in diverse environments.
• Foster personal growth by acquiring new skills, developing capabilities, and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with guidance to ensure timely and high-quality development across integration and application landscapes.
• Champion the utilisation of Hub & Spoke, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices, Event Driven Architecture (EDA), and Test Driven Development (TDD) for streamlined efficiency across integration.
• Provide valuable support to Senior Developers in assessing vendor road-map changes, proactively identifying associated risks, and devising mitigation work packages.

Requirements:

• Possess expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5, coupled with familiarity with 3rd party libraries like SpringBoot, React Js, Angular, jQuery, and LESS.
• Desirable to have knowledge of server-side programming languages like Java, Ruby, and Python.
• Demonstrate a working understanding of enterprise cloud computing such as AWS, GCP or Azure solutions.
• Showcase demonstrable knowledge of DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Possess an understanding of agile methodologies, Test Driven Development (TDD), and software development best practices.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable work packages being desirable.
• Exhibit a drive and ambition for continuous development, underpinned by a strong customer service ethos.
