The organisation in question is going through an exciting period of growth and expanding their operations. The business is looking to recruit skilled Injection MouldingTechnicians. The role is light manufacturing and they are a business who utilises cutting edge technology to aid the manufacturing process. The business is seeking talented individuals who are able to hit the ground running within the plastic injection mouldingsector.THE ROLESetting and operating plastic injection moulding machines i.e. Demag, Fanuc and ATM machinesWorking with robotic machinery such as 6 axis robots, swing arm robots and cartesian robotsWorking with different polymers including polyethylene and polypropylene plasticPerforming tool changesLearning to programme injection moulding machinesHolding responsibility for an area incorporating 25-30 machinesRecording and documenting qualityTHE PERSONMust be experience operating and setting plastic injection moulding machinesWe are only seeking candidates who have direct experience working with injection moulding machinesPositive attitude and reliability are a mustProactive by nature and keen to suggest improvementsStrong team working abilityWillingness to learn and developTHE PACKAGESalary is circa £37KThis is a permanent role from day one centring on a continental shift pattern rotating days and nights. The role centres on performing day shifts, then having rest days before returning to nights.The continental shifts are 12 hours long and start either 7am or 7pm depending on the shift.
