Are you a Head of Architecture or Enterprise Architect with a proven track record in developing a technology roadmap within the retail industryThe OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Architecture to design a multi-year technology roadmap for our client.Our client is currently undergoing an enterprise-wide Transformation by adopting a cloud first approach. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing National business and shape it for the future.The roleAs the Head of Architecture, you will design a multi-year technology roadmap which covers applications, data and infrastructure to develop the businesss technology into a position of competitive advantage.You will be responsible for the technology roadmap aligning with the businesss short term and long-term goals. You will also be required to implement relative frameworks and governance to the roadmap to ensure success.Additionally, You will be leading a team of Architects and developing them into a high performing team through coaching, mentoring and managing performance.Who youll beYou will have demonstrable experience of successfully defining technology roadmaps to business priorities and capabilities.You will have broad knowledge and experience of all aspects of architecture specifically business, service, application, data, integration and infrastructure.You will have experience of liaising with internal and external senior level stakeholders.You will have strong commercial acumen and experience of working with 3rd party vendorsYoull be able to translate complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholdersYoull have experience working with the use of Architecture frameworks such as ISO, TOGAF or Agile methodologyAbove all you will have strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communicational skillsA systematic thinkerThis is a permanent role and will be interviewing early - mid September so please get in touch today for further discussion.
