Job Description

Role: Full Stack DeveloperSalary: 35k - 45k depending on experienceLocation: Remote with occasional travel to NewcastleThe Client:A leading Fintech company based in the Northeast are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join their team helping to create innovative programs to assist retail traders. You’ll be joining a growing team and play a key role in developing and maintaininga financial markets roadmap that helps users seamlessly navigate the business’ digital products.Skills required to be considered:

  • Previous experience working as a Full Stack Developer
  • Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, Java or Python
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of database systems such as SQL or MongoDB
  • Knowledge of Restful API’s and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of AWS is also highly desirable
Summary of role:
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the entire software stack
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising existing systems for performance
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions with modern UI/UX design
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient backend and frontend solutions
  • Assisting the team in the conversion of existing web applications into mobile applications.
