Job Description

Huntswood is looking for Financial Assistance Agents with collections experience to join an exciting project for a leading retail bank. If you have a great telephone manner, have the ability to identify vulnerable customers and are looking for a long termcontract then we have a great role for you.You will be supporting our client dealing with outbound and inbound calls from customer who are in financial difficulty and coming up with a resolution that works for the customer and the bank to recoup monies owed.Start Date: Monday 22nd April 2024Day Rate: £150 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with thisLocation: Work from HomeWorking hours: 37.5 hours a week - shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9am-5pm - You must be available to cover all shifts between this period of time as it is on a rotational basis.What Huntswood can offer:

What Huntswood is looking for:
  • A minimum of 1 years collections/financial assistance experience for a Utilities or Financial Services company
  • Ability to identify and deal with vulnerable customers in an empathetic way
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday
  • Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
