Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, digitally savvy, Business and Finance Manager to cover maternity leave for a client based in Newcastle. The initial period will be for four months, with an option to extend to 7 months. We would like someone in place by mid-Marchto allow for a transition period.The role of the Business and Finance Manager is to manage the companys operational, financial and administration procedures. The Business and Finance Manager will take responsibility for the companies bookkeeping, client invoicing, client budgets, supplierpayments and forecasting updates. The Business Administrator will work alongside the account teams to ensure appropriate financial procedures are implemented and that the clients budget is managed and reconciled appropriately.The candidate will be ATT qualified and have 3-5 years office management / administration experience and will be proficient with Xero Accounting, as well as experience of all Microsoft Office packages.
