Domestic Electrician wanted !Our client is a leading property management company based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, is seeking a skilled and qualified Domestic Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical safety and efficiency ofour portfolio of residential properties.Responsibilities:Perform planned and reactive electrical works in residential properties.Conduct regular compliance testing, including EICRs, to ensure adherence to safety regulations.Collaborate closely with the maintenance and management team to provide exceptional service to residents.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.Maintain accurate documentation and records of all electrical works carried out.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.Requirements:Qualified electrician with testing and inspecting experience.Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) and 18th edition certification.Full UK driving license is essential.Previous membership in NICEIC, NAPIT, or ELECSA is highly desirable.Knowledge of intercoms, alarms, fire alarms, and hot water systems is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication and customer service skills.Benefits:Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.Company vehicle and equipment provided.23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.Company pension scheme.If you are a qualified and experienced Domestic Electrician seeking a new challenge, then we want to hear from you.
