Electrical Design Engineer (Full Training into Management)NewcastleUp to £55,000 (DOE) + Excellent Training / Progression Opportunities + Pension + Holidays + Sponsorship + Early Friday FinishAre you an experienced Electrical Designer looking to take a step up into a management position Do you want to join a company that are currently experiencing significant growth and forecasting exciting plans for the near future This will naturally resultin further training and progression opportunities.This Renewables firm are a recognised player across the UK within the Solar PV sector and currently expanding their teams across departments within the business, with a strong focus on their electrical team. They hold 10+ years experience within their field,primarily focusing on Solar PV projects, ranging from domestic to 50MW to larger scale solar farms. Due to rapid expansion theyre now seeking a driven individual, who holds strong electrical knowledge and motivated by further training and development opportunitiesand looking to take the next step within their career by managing and growing a team of successful designers. In this role the Manager will be responsible for running a team of currently 4 Electrical Designers, who range from Graduates to experienced designers, with the demand to develop and expand this team throughout 2024.
