Job Description

Are you a Electrical Design Engineer looking for your next projectAre you looking to get back into Contract workI am working with a client in the Newcastle who are currently leading the Subsea/Renewables market and have secured some really excited projects which they will require resources.The ideal candidate for this position will have subsea experience and a strong background within Electrical Engineering.This is a hybrid role. The client requires you in the office 2/3 times per week, with the office in the Newcastle.This is a 6 month contract - OUTSIDE IR35.Required experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design
  • Experience in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical
  • Electrical schematic drawing
  • Knowledge of the offshore/subsea industry is beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of HV and LV systems
  • Variable drive systems knowledge is beneficial but not essential
