  • Draughtsperson position providing dealing with the production and installation of rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, windows and doors
  • Review and interpret technical drawings provided by clients
  • Creating and developing comprehensive drawings and schedules for production and installation
  • Liaising regularly with Production, Design and Buying departments regularly to provide updates on projects
  • Ensuring that works are completed to the agreed timescale, meet the client’s requirements and are in line with the initial quotation
  • Communicate any variations to the Estimating department so they can be altered
  • Attend site meetings where required
  • Typical project values will vary from £100k up to £2m
The ideal applicant will be a Scheduler / Designer - Cladding & Glazing Systems with:
  • Must have draughtsperson / scheduler / designer / detailer experience within the construction industry
  • Ideally experienced in associated products to cladding, rainscreen cladding, glazing, glass, curtain walling, doors & windows or other building envelope related systems
  • Must have AutoCAD experience
  • Ideally will have Solidworks, Logikal, Techn Design & Schucal
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Organised, team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
