The TeamThe Document Production Team supports our London/international offices 24/5 plus weekends and is responsible for creating, editing and reformatting all types of documents consistent with the practices precedents, templates and House Style across all MicrosoftOffice 2016 applications. .The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Newcastle based Document Production Technician to work Monday to Friday (core hours) in our Newcastle Hub working Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days working from home each week. You will be working as part of a motivated team to provide professional, high quality documentation. You will be workingin our Newcastle Hub alongside individuals in our London and Newcastle Office. You will need to be confident working on your own and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2016 applications.Skills and Experience Required

  • 60 wpm accurate typing speeds
  • Experience of audio typing
  • Experience in producing and amending lengthy and complex business critical documents with speed and accuracy in line with our house style across MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Experience of Excel useful
  • Experience in creative thinking to assist in the redesign of layouts in PowerPoint and general problem solving
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Experience in working with a team
  • Basic administrative experience required
  • Strong communication and organisational skills required
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible
  • Confident, professional and the ability to use own judgement
  • Previous experience in a legal/banking/accountancy profession is an asset
