Job Description

If you are passionate about Marketing Analytics and are seeking an established team within a stable organisation, then this could be for you!As a member of the Demand Generation team, the Digital Marketing Performance Analysts primary responsibility will be to analyse digital marketing campaigns across all channels and will look for ways the business can improve its efforts.The Digital Marketing Performance Analyst will monitor online marketing trends, analyse statistics, develop strategies for digital marketing campaigns, and track campaign performance. Prepare campaign results reporting, create data visualizations, and presentinsights and findings to team members and cross-functionally.The Digital Marketing Performance Analyst is encouraged to learn several programs and apply that knowledge to the everyday job. New technologies always emerge and will continue to emerge.Knowledge and skills in developing Search, Display, Paid Social Media and Email marketing campaigns is expected while being certified in using programs like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager or CRM platforms, etc. is strongly desired.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of marketing activities/ campaigns, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/ automation of regular reports.
  • Set up dashboards and develop models for data presentation to stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations to test campaigns, analysing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance across paid search, paid social, eduportals, display and lead nurture (email) campaigns and lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse digital media and marketing trends.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to collect, analyse, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • Assess functional fit of potential new digital marketing tools (to create efficiencies and improve performance)
Key Exeperience:
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • A deep understanding of lead generation business drivers.
  • High level of experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including paid search, email, affiliate (EduPortals), display, paid social, as well as lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Proficiency using Data Studio, Supermetrics, Adobe Analytics, Domo, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
  • Experience with Word and PowerPoint at basic level and at advanced level with Excel.
  • Understanding of CX Systems (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot. The latter being preferred) and API integration tools, like Zapier, strongly desired.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills and a high degree of business acumen.
  • Critical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently and proactively.
