Job Description

Central Employment are delighted to be working alongside a premium Hospitality brand in the North East, as they look to hire a Creative Content Marketing Manager.Up to £40,000 DOE, excellent staff benefits, discounts, hybrid working (1 day from home). Due to the working pattern, were looking for North East Content Marketing Managers.Role profile:An exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic creative marketing professional, Were looking for an experienced and passionate content marketing expert to bring my clients central marketing strategy to life . In this role, youll lead in planningand executing integrated marketing campaigns across the business and creating compelling content that drives revenue, boosts awareness, and engages our audiences.Creative Content Marketing Manager responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue-driving marketing campaigns across all business segments
  • Collaborate with external agencies (including design, brand, print, and social) and internal stakeholders to effectively project manage the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, assets, and materials.
  • Provide creative direction for visual content creation (photo and video shoots)
  • Write engaging copy for various marketing materials and platforms.
  • Manage the Digital Asset Management platform to ensure asset organization and accessibility.
  • Cultivate internal relationships and collaborate with multiple teams on marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct content audits, optimize content, and maintain marketing channel consistency.
  • Develop and present Marketing Toolkits to relevant stakeholders across the business.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Assist with day-to-day activities within the Central Marketing Team.
Experience required:You are an enthusiastic and seasoned B2C marketer with a strong track record in campaign management and content creation. You’ll be a proactive collaborator who can spearhead projects, design, and launch effective campaigns and create engaging marketingassets. You’ll be creative and highly organised. You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
