Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working closely with a dynamic, forward thinking firm in Newcastle-upon-Tyne who, due to continued growth are seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to join their team. This opportunity would suit an experienced CTA or ACA qualified Corporate Tax professional looking for career progression with a focus on advisory work.You will be working with an impressive portfolio of clients including OMB’s, PLC’s, Groups and UK subsidiaries of International companies, assisting in the provision of in depth advisory services in areas such as R&D, Patent Box, Transfer Pricing, EIS/SEIS, Restructuring and Share Schemes.The role will involve working closely with the Corporate Finance team getting involved in areas such as Reorganisations, Demergers and Due Dilligence as well as the Audit team, reviewing the more complex tax compliance.The successful candidate will become an important part of the leadership team working closely with a number of Partners and will be involved in regular client meetings, ad-hoc specialist projects, managing junior staff, delegating/ reviewing work and business development activities.Our client is offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package including flexible working hours and a range of optional benefits. Part time or reduced hours will be considered for the right individual.Requirements:ACA or CTA Qualified (ideally)ATT or ACCA Qualified also considered.
