Job Description

Title: Client Account ManagerJackson Hogg is looking to recruit a Client Account Manager for a fast growing professional services company based in Newcastle.The successful candidate will have the ability to successfully convert and manage Client Final Salary Pension and New Business enquiries into accounts. The Client Account Manager will manage incoming enquiries from potential future Client’s.The individual will provide specific information regarding the service, then subsequently create, and manage each client account using our internal systems. The Client Account Manager will convert enquiries into leads adhering to a specific and rigid process.It is the objective to provide the client with required information and appointment bookings throughout their journey until the point of funds arriving on our platform.Responsibilities include (all systems training provided):

  • Creating and managing client accounts across a wide range of technologies
  • Communicating with clients by email, phone, and internal secure messaging systems
  • Diary management: Booking appointments with our Head Office Financial Advisers
  • Tracking journey progress: Lead management
  • Secure documents auditing
  • Liaising with various departments throughout the business
  • Building client relationships
Requirements:
  • Follow GDPR guidelines and company policy
  • The successful candidate will be a hardworking, organised individual
  • Willingness to learn multiple systems navigation
  • Reporting back to project leaders on accounts
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm first 3 months. 7am to 4pm, 8.30am to 5.30pm and 11am to 8pm shifts in rotation (1 in 6 early or late) with an hour for lunch daily (hybrid working days available), 22 days annual leave per annum.
