Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team at this leading technology company based in Newcastle on a full-time basis.As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our iPaaS Data Integration solution to new and existing customers. Your primary focus will be identifying and targeting potential customers in various industries, building strongrelationships, and developing a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.This role offers excellent earning potential with an uncapped OTE of £40-60k per annum.About ZynkZynk is a rapidly expanding technology company that specialises in providing cutting-edge iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has helped us becomea leader in the industry with thousands of integrations, running seamlessly for customers such as Hype, Montane, USN, Stone Island, Xerox and many more.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers in various industries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs and pain points, and position Zynk as the solution
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers
  • Work closely with the technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing retention
  • Continuously monitor the market and competition, and provide feedback to the product and marketing teams
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Required Skills:
  • Track record of working under pressure to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience:Experience in sales, preferably in a technology or software company, is a plusFamiliarity with iPaaS, data integration, and related technologies is a plus
