Job Description

Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an amazing new concept where we require a Bar Supervisor to lead a team to deliver a luxury experience to customers and clients. The Successful Bar Supervisor will have experience in restaurants, hotels, luxury stores, golfclubs or bars where you can demonstrate the ability to deliver a luxury and VIP experience to clients and customers.We can offer No late Nights, flexible working patterns, genuine career progression and a whole host of benefits and bonuses.You will be experienced in leading teams, driving results and taking control of training and team development. The role of a Bar Supervisor is an amazing opportunity, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide an exceptional 1-2-1 experience forcustomers. Nothing is too much trouble and you enjoy going the extra mile to deliver and luxury experience where they return time and time again.As a Bar Supervisor you will have strong interpersonal skills where you can engage with customers at all levels and be able to provide a memorable occasion for them. This role has many different accountabilities, but; above all you must be able to delivera luxury hosting experience to everyone.What we need in our new Bar Supervisor:

  • Experience within hospitality - exclusive bars, restaurants, hotels, retail stores etc.
  • Proven experience of team leading and developing people
  • Experience of bar management/cocktail bars an advantage
  • Able to deliver a luxury experience to every VIP client and customer
  • Personality - warm, friendly, engaging and personable
  • Confident to develop relationships with your customers
  • Experience of barista/mixology/hospitality
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Add value to your colleagues and form a strong bond with the management team
  • Proactive, motivated and ambitious
  • Need to be IT literate and able to use internal systems and databases
  • Must be immaculately presented at all times
