Job Description

Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading UK Hospitality brand, as they look to appoint a B2C Web Content Manager:B2C Web Content Manager purpose:As the B2C Web Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging, informative, and optimized content across multiple websites. Working closely with the venues, you will ensure that our websites content is up-to-date, accurate,and tailored to each target audience. B2C Web Content Managers key responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish content for multiple websites to:
  • Ensure that all website content is accurate, engaging, and relevant to our target audiences.
  • Optimize website content for maximum visibility and exposure across search engines.
  • Monitor web analytics to track performance, using the data to prioritize content optimization,
  • inform update recommendations, and implement edits and changes.
  • Seek out opportunities to improve conversion across all venues services
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across all website content.
  • Work with external agencies and suppliers to improve site functionality, navigation, and content presentation.
  • Manage and execute content builds for website platform migrations and new site builds.
  • Work with the venues to gather information and develop content that aligns with their needs.
  • Continuously monitor and improve website content to ensure that it remains relevant and engaging.
  • Carry out regular site audits with venues to ensure all information is up to date and accurate, and that relevant pages are frequently updated and optimized to improve the user experience.
Experience required:
  • Content writing and editing with a focus on optimisation
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and quality
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and ability to plan customer journeys
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in e-commerce website content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools (preferably WordPress/WIX)
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy and experience with web analytics
