If this sounds like you, please read on to find out more about the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager opportunity based at our Ceramic Tiles Distributor (CTD) site in Newcastle-Upon-TyneHow will you support usAs an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager you will supporting the Marketing Manager and E-Business Development Manager in delivering the CTD digital marketing strategies within the B2B tile market. Typical tasks you can expect to do include;

• Work closely with internal sector teams and external agencies to plan and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns, across all channels.
• Support the sector Sales Directors in delivering the commercial B2B objectives.
• Proactively plan and coordinate an engaging content marketing strategy across digital channels including social media, website and email to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with the marketing and sector teams to ensure relevant brand messaging and value propositions are communicated throughout all content internally and externally.
• Manage the upkeep of websites, including new product launches, SEO and content updates.
• Driving changes to digital channels and content at each stage of the customer journey to increase conversions.
• Carry out competitor, industry, and brand sentiment analysis through social media community management
• Produce monthly and ad hoc reports using Google analytics and social media analytics to regularly present KPIs and metrics to line managers and directors.
• Manage internal and external communication via email and teams.

• A proactive and enthusiastic person who can generate new ideas to drive digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in B2B marketing is essential
• Competent in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent copy writing skills.
• Social Media competency - understanding of platform and community management (organic and paid).
• Understanding of SEO
• Prior experience of implementing a marketing / content strategy
• Good knowledge of google analytics.
