Job Description

Area Sales Manager sought by an international manufacturer of polymer solutions who supply to multiple sectors including construction, industrial and automotive industries. Theyre looking for an experienced field area sales representativeto sell their windows products in the region covering the North East of England.As Area Sales Manager your duties will include:

  • Generating new business across North East England, Cumbria, North Yorkshire, and East Riding of Yorkshire
  • Working closely with fabricators, installers and trade counters
  • Engaging with architects, specifiers, main contractors and other others associated with PVCu window products
The successful Area Sales Manager should have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the fenestration market
  • Experience of dealing with fabricators, contractors, specifiers, architects
  • Strong knowledge of the construction market in North East England
  • A network of contacts in the construction industry
  • Ability to assimilate knowledge of the companys window products
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Good standard of education, ideally to A-Level or equivalent, articulate and numerate to a high level
