Due to increased expansion the business is looking toappoint a self-motivated, vibrant Admin Assistant to provide support to the internal operations team, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business functions.THE ROLEPrimarily supporting the Office Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operational tasks of the business to ensure they are carried out in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Arranging meetings, events and company socials
  • Arranging business travel
  • Assisting with onboarding of new employees
  • Greeting visitors & new employees
  • Ordering equipment & supplies for the business
  • Collation of consultants timesheets
  • Creation of consultants coversheets for submission to clients
  • Assisting with ISO27001 audit requirements
  • Keeping records up to date & data entry/processing
  • Providing support and correspondence to clients and staff members by email, telephone and via the business messaging system (Slack)
  • Any other duties as requested by Senior Management
Please note this is an office-based roleYOUR EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good understanding of IT systems, ideally Google Drive or similar
  • Strong interpersonal skills - socially interactive and able to liaise with people of all ages & backgrounds
  • Apply strong attention to detail to all aspects of work
  • Able to work efficiently & confidently alone as well as part of a team
  • Highly organised with the ability to priorities important tasks
