Job Description

Blair West are supporting Swarm who’s mission is to revolutionise the way people and businesses interact with their energy. From helping people save more on energy, reducing their impact on the environment and giving them full control of their energy; asa part of Swarm, youll have the opportunity to drive the adoption and unlocking of the full potential of renewable energy for the nation. The opportunity:

  • Responsible for carrying out 100% relationship building (No new business) and maintaining, onboarding, and creating a client roadmap.
  • Ensure both sides of the party is satisfied.
  • You will possess a blend of technical expertise, market insight, and strong leadership skills as you will be working in the field with the BDM.
  • Once contracts are signed you will manage the full relationship.
Youll be the ideal candidate for this position if youve:
  • 3 years experience in Account Management.
  • Happy to work in the field across the region.
  • A real self starter with confidence to work autonomously.
  • Ability to resonate with each client building a natural relationship with clients.
