Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with this prestigious renowned client for a temporary receptionist. The role is perfect for someone who has proven experience in a similar role with exemplary presentation and first-class customer serviceskills, as you will be the main point of contact for clients and customers. Based in Newbridge, the role would be starting on July 4th for multiple ad-hoc days with the working hours of 8AM-5PM with a 30-minute lunch. If successful, there will be further opportunitiesin the future for this role.Role OverviewThis is for holiday cover within the business; therefore, it is imperative you have proven experience in a similar role. As the Receptionist you will be based within the showroom area acting as an ambassador for the business, providing an exceptional firstimpression to all staff and visitors. The main duties of the role will be to meet and greet clients, providing a full customer service experience, offering teas and coffees, checking in on clients needs and being fully attentive with attention to detailsto your surroundings. You will be immaculately presented, as well as being friendly and confident.Duties include:
  • First point of contact for incoming clients
  • Dealing with telephone queries and transferring calls to correct department
  • Communicating effectively with the service department
  • Providing a seamless meet and greet experience, providing coffee, tea and water as necessary to all visitors
  • Ensuring all customer experience areas are always clean and maintained and always kept immaculate
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience required:
  • Previous experience within a busy and professional reception
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Immaculately presented
  • Ability to work on own initiative, proactive, able to manage and prioritise own workload with attention to detail
  • Always calm when under pressure with the ability to always provide a first-class customer experience
