Salary:Competitive salary + bonusAbout the roleScotlands flagship contract branch is looking for a driven, ambitious Operations Supervisor to join their team.The role is offered on a permanent full time basis, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 7am - 4pm.You will be responsible for: Overseeing warehouse and office/counter operations Supervising the Sales Advisors and Warehouse Assistants Delegating daily tasks and making sure all tasks are being carried out correctly Working over the counter, serving customers and processing orders Working in the warehouse, dealing with stock Managing enquiries that come in via phone and email Ensuring the branch is health and safety compliantAbout you Previous experience of working within the trade/merchant industry is essential Supervisory experience is ideal Good level of PC literacyAbout your development and benefitsWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us, whilst earning a full salary.
