  • Proactively identify any new business opportunities within the designated area that adhere to Securitas key market segments.
  • Transform existing business/customers into solutions.
  • Working with the Area Director to understand the full portfolio of customers in the Area, developing a strategic and tactical plan for solutions transformation.
  • Understanding the appropriate use of technology and remote services to improve and enhance the customers security on site.
  • Understanding and implementing the positive financial impact of a change from traditional security services to a full protective services service.
  • Educate customers with new ideas on how to improve their current service offering.
  • Work closely with the Protective Services Branch Manager to develop a long-term relationship and customer account plan.
Essential Skills Who you are…Were looking for ambitious, experienced new business professionals, looking to further develop their careers with the worlds leading security company.We are looking for people who have a love for the sales process and a proven ability to consistently find and close opportunities. You will be focused on creating demand for our more complex security solutions and show a passion for sales and hunger to unearthnew opportunities.
  • Professional sales experience and good commercial awareness.
  • Active prospecting of new business.
  • Consultative selling approach with emphasis on new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of dealing with senior decision makers.
  • Knowledge of how to draw up estimates, business proposals, bids and tenders.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
