The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, overseeing CNC Machinists, andensuring efficient production planning.This is what youll be doing:

Utilise experience in account management to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage and lead a team of CNC Machinists, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
Estimate production times, considering resource availability, capacity constraints, and delivery schedules.
Establish regular communication with customers, providing updates on production status and addressing any concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall production efficiency.
