Job Description

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant£25k - £30k pa - HybridA unique role supporting the Managing Director of a specialised sports training and events company located in North London. This role is tailormade for an individual with a prior experience in executive or personal assistance and a keen understanding ofthe intricacies involved in one-to-one working relationship.We are looking for someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys taking an active role in their work. The responsibilities of this role are diverse and engaging, with tasks ranging from scheduling meetings to handling financial matters and assisting inthe planning and marketing of sporting events.The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of organisation, maintain a professional demeanor, possess strong computer literacy and be adept at curating and sharing relevant content on social media platforms. If you are searching for a role that offersa mix of challenges and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution, this could be the perfect fit for you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Director in providing high quality and detailed client service.
  • Input, update and maintaining client details and invoicing.
  • Diary management, coordinating events and dealing with adhoc queries.
  • Responsible for the Company social media.
  • Responsible for merchandise ordering and stock taking.
  • Attend Corporate Golf days providing registration and admin duties.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Efficient Administration and Organisation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
  • Good attention to detail and computer literate.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • High level of communication skills, able to communicate clearly to both internal and external parties.
