CMS Danskin Acoustics, part of SIG Plc, are experts in Soundproofing Materials and Acoustic Insulation, from producing and sourcing acoustic insulation products to advising our clients on all matters relating to soundproofing materials and noise reductionstrategies.We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator forour site in Wishaw,Scotland,to provide administrative support to the sales and operational functions and ensure the daily completion of general site administration tasks; workingclosely together as part of the administration team whilst ensuring duties are carried out accurately, competently and efficiently.What does the role involveAs Sales Administrator, you will be processing of customer purchase orders on to K8 (Sales Order System), processing complex sales orders and assisting with the purchasing of non-standard stock items.You will be regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of queries including PODs, stock levels, quotes and sharing samples to the sales team and external customers , as well as the sales and warehouse teams and checking to ensureappropriate stock levels are available for customer orders.To be successful in this role, you will need to be:To be well organised and efficient in order to manage merchandise, promotions and price lists in line with the suppliers and sales teamTo have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills, particularly using Excel & Word.
