Role: General ManagerIndustry: Accomodation / Welfare Units HireRegion: West Midlands / North WarwickshireSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE) plus bonus, company vehicle etc. Operations / General Manager, National Accomodation Hire Company based in Curdworth, North Warwickshire. Salary up to £55,000 + company vehicle & bonus. Our client is one of the biggest players in the tool, plant, accommodation and construction equipment hire sector with a network of over 200 depots nationwide.A fantastic Branch Management opportunity has arisen within their Accomodation division at their depot near Curdworth, North Warwickshire.The role comes with a strong starting salary of up to £55,000, plus a generous performance related bonus and company vehicle.General Manager Role & Responsibilities:

Managing a team of up to 20+ members of staff, including drivers and operatives
Distributing workloads, opening and closing the depot
Coordinating Major Projects / allocation of assets
Responsible for CAPEX
Full control and responsibility for the P&L reports, asset control and purchasing

To Be Successful:

You will have proven branch / depot management experience within the hire industry
You will hold a full UK driving license
You will have previously worked as a branch manager, depot manager, general manager within the above sector
