Support Worker - Womens refuge - NeathMonday - Friday 9:00am -5:00pm with small amount of on call (not on weekends)£21,000 - £22,000Looking for a rewarding and challenging role as a Domestic Violence Support Worker We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join a well established domestic violence charity and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.As a Domestic Violence Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassion and support to women and children staying at the refuge.Experience in working with victims of domestic violence is desired but not essential but we do have a particular interest in speaking with those that have experience of working in similar settings such as housing or hostels. In return for your expertise and commitment, our client is offering a salary starting from £21,000 per annum, as well as a supportive and dynamic working environment.
